S6 edge won't vibrate for text messages

Since yesterday my Samsung Galaxy s6 edge won't vibrate when I receive a text message, I always have it on vibrate because I'm always either at work or class, I checked all the settings for sound and notifications and vibration its at its max, also checked the settings in messaging app notifications and vibration is on, other than that vibration works when I receive other notifications, phone calls, and when I touch the screen, just won't vibrate when I receive a text please help, I already checked all settings.

Is this happening when the Messaging app is already open to the conversation thread, or does it also happen when the Messaging app is closed?

Yup still doesn't work, I really don't know the problem, I really appreciate your help tho

Can you try a 3rd party SMS app, like Google Messenger, Textra or Chomp SMS? Or even Hangouts (setting Hangouts to be the default SMS app)?

Actually I wanted to solve the problem, not find a way around it, is there something wrong with the phone, because it vibrates with everything else,

I'm suggesting other texting apps as a troubleshooting step. If the other texting apps give you vibration, then we can narrow the problem down to the stock Messaging app.
