Most countries worldwide can order, direct from Samsung, the Galaxy S7 or S7 Edge. Carrier free, on stock Samsung TouchWiz firmware, unlocked and rootable.

In the U.K. and most other countries worldwide, you can go into a mobile/cellphone shop and choose whichever model you want, as above, and then select a carrier and plan of your choice.

Sure there are carrier firmwares for the U.K. but most carriers either do not bother or limit the branding to a bootup screen and 3, 4, 5 or so apps as they know that if they cram any more on, customers will just opt for an unbranded model.
Europe, South America, Australasia, Russia, Iran, Iraq, Afghanistan, India, etc; etc; all have stock, unbranded firmware. Only North America does not.
