S8+ - Wireless charging paused, battery temp too high

GSAM tells me the battery temp is 112, and the phone stopped charging. Has anyone else seen this message?

The phone is currently backing up my pictures over WiFi, though I don't see how that would cause the temperature to be too high...

I get this frequently on my S7E when playing music while doing maps navigation. I've seen it as high as 117. I'm hoping this goes away with the S8+.

I have never seen this on my Note5 or both of the Note7s that were taken from me...

The phone does not seem unusually warm, I am guessing Samsung went a little too cautious on battery temps on this phone after the Note7 issues.

I have seen my S6 edge get super hot backing up large amounts of data over wi-fi. Maybe Samsung a little too cautious, but better safe than sorry.

That's weird for a new phone... Try a soft reset...
