Samsung A51 Restarting On It's Own - Please Help

Samsung A51 Randomly Restarting on its own

Auto Restart is turned off

Have done a Factory Reset through phone and through bootloader

Have wiped cache through bootloader

Have done a Reset Network Settings and Reset Settings through phone

Bixby not on home screen or side bar but still using Storage

Gone to Mobile Klinic where they done a force update and rebuild of android

And it did again last night a few days after they did it

Please Help me with this issue

Yeah get it checked out , maybe you have warranty still ? Screen flickering something going on , was phone dropped hard at all?

Yes since I only got it under a year ago it is still under warranty I checked on my Samsung Account

Nope the only time I've ever dropped it was once accidently but not hard at all

Ok let them check it and maybe get it warranty, that case looks pretty good for small drops .

I will as they said yesterday they could do a replacement but the tech would have to look at it first

What would be a better case for this in the future?

I've heard good and bad things about outterbox

That app is to disable those bixby from running in background. But yeah let's see what happens, it did it only once ?

So I recently got the Package Disabler Pro (Samsung) for my phone and disabled Bixby from the background yet it is still using Data

While using my phone today and typing a message to my friend my phone screen went Black then came up with the Samsung Logo like the phone had just turned on this happened while I was using it.

Have done a Factory Reset through phone and through recovery mode

Have wiped cache through recovery mode

Have done a Reset Network Settings and Reset Settings through phone

Gone to Mobile Klinic where they done a force update and reflash of android

Please help me with this issue

Enable developers settings check running applications , its not running

As for staying on the Samsung logo , if you have warranty let them take care it.

I was typing a message to my friend on WhatsApp and then my screen went black randomly then the Samsung Logo came up like I just had turned on the phone even though I was using it

I am currently using the phone right now and watching Tiktok on it

Not while using it no ........... Do I know if that's what it was doing when the phone was not near me? No

They ran a Diangosis like a few days ago after I installed the Package Disabler Pro the one you told me to get

After they gave me my phone back I seen the Bixby in my button order after them giving me back my phone i had to restart it twice for the Bixby in my button order to vanish

Why did they flashed the phone ?

If they flashed the phone , that would reset everything and you would have to disable Bixby again.

Through there computers somehow with Samsung website idk how there trained to do that they told me I would loose everything

And that was before I had that App you told me to get

Ok gotcha, thought something you did just recently. I'm familiar with how they do that, as I offer help here in forums for flashing Samsung phones . What they didn't know was you can save data when u do flash, but thats ok its been done.

Thats a major crash from texting and went to Samsung logo , try get your device fixed under warranty , you been through lot different try this try that.

Kinda sucks I don't have a spare phone and the best they can give me for loaner phones with be an S5 from Cell Mechanics or an S6 from Bell MTS and I need Facebook, Facebook Messanger, Whatsapp at the very least while my phone's being fixed

Can you get something like Motorola like 250 or maybe another android for 180.00 , I know it not good situation to buying and being without a phone for little.

Yeah unfortunately I live on a Budget of so much per month so I couldn't afford $180.00 right now

Even paying $100.00 for another phone or even a tablet to put the sim card into that I'm going only need for 1-2 weeks isn't worth it in my opinion.

Its the first time I was actually using the phone while it happened so I'm not sure

I use WhatsApp every single day so I highly doubt it would be that

When its happened when it's no where near me all apps have been closed

Try monitor in safe mode , yes it will disable 3rd party apps but see if it happens again.

With it not happening every single day that would be hard to do as I need apps like Facebook Messanger, WhatsApp and stuff to talk to my boyfriend who lives in another province right now

I also had WhatsApp on my Samsung J3 that I had years ago never had this issue my only issue with that phone was it restarting itself with any bumps I would be on the bus that bus hit a bump and the phone would restart

No Different App's from that phone to this one other then the one you told me to get
