Samsung.com Orders

Hey guys I'm confused I want to place a second preorder. Anyways when using the app when I get to the 250 credit how do I purchase something other then what Samsung is "suggesting" on that page only?. If I add accessories individually it doesn't count.

When I tried to place a order it only comes up $200 in credits instead of $250. But when I added on a $279 Galaxy Watch 4 it took it down to $0 kinda odd but it looks like I won't have to pay for the watch I choose to place my order.
 
Just got a notification from FedEx for delivery on the 23rd for I assume, my Tab S8. Phone on the 22, tablet on the 23. Nothing has been updated on the Shop Samsung app to show it.
 
My unlocked 512GB Black S22U is on its way as well. Ironic thing is that due to a public holiday on Monday, it will take FedEx 4 days to deliver a package a distance that normally takes 30 minutes to drive! But hey, at least it's on its way.

Waitaminute, you're trading in your ZF3? Didn't you literally say in the ZF3 forum that going from ZF3 to a slab phone is a downgrade to you??? What happened???? :D

Yup might be eating my words. I checked it out at a local Costco and the S22U is gorgeous. I'm going to play with it for a week or so and make my decision if I'll keep it or not. I'm hoping the battery and charging speeds are much better on the S22U, that alone might pull me away. I'm really tired of the 4 hours of SOT and 1.5 hour charges.

Cancel button is gone now, in the app and website. Delivery date also went back to February 25th, was showing March 4th for a day or so. Ordered this past Wednesday 2/16, Unlocked Black 512gb.

Nice. Hope you get it the 25th. I ordered same day and mine is saying 4/8 but that also for the blue sky s22 ultra so knew it was going to take longer.
 
Mine is still arriving Tuesday although I got an email before saying "Your Samsung order is delayed because of a later delivery date that was requested. No action is required from you at this time, we will deliver on the new date."

But the date on both the Samsung page AND Fedex have stayed the same. Odd.
Yeah it happens...I'm not worried.....it gets here when it get here and my life won't change much unless you believe in the butterfly effect.
 
My order is saying Backordered now with no estimated shipping date. AT&T s22 ultra 256gb in black. Part of me wants to cancel and get the 512 now...I debated on getting 512gb but talked myself out of it.

My s22 ultra 512 AT&T black still hasn’t removed the cancel button. I reordered 4 days ago with no change. Feb 25th still showing.

Just got an email from Samsung saying my phone was shipped and would arrive on Thursday 24th. I tried checking the tracking but it is not in the system yet which doesn't surprise. I normally get a tracking message from fedex package manager when it is actually scanned into the fedex system. I'm patient and will be happy with Thursday.

I just canceled my order yesterday. I reordered the 512 GB in black and now my new arrival date is March 4th.
 
When did you order your phone
2/9 during the unpacked event. And I just got notification Samsung canceled my order. The reason in my email says they're unable to fulfill it? My AT&T account shows I'm upgrade eligible again, waiting on hold for a Samsung rep now. This is the weirdest ordering experience ever.
 
Woke up and...still in Fedex purgatory. Still showing 2/22 though, so I am hopeful.
