Did you read that somewhere? No manufacturers at all ?Seems no phones from China will get shipped cause of coronavirus, so it might take much longer to see other phones ship.

Not necessarily true. I've seen similar horror stories on the Pixel forums about the same kinds of delays.
Google can mess up etc, but its Samsungs policy. I personally never had issues with Googles returns and exchanges. They even issued me a full refund almost a year after I bought phone, and my Nexus 6p was exchanged for Pixel for free. Cant complain
I think it's luck of the draw although I do feel Google does a great job. Engineers actually reached to after I called with a Pixelbook incompatibility issue with Neflix Android app yet the chrome version worked fine. Yeah at this point just hold on to it .I was planning to return the Ultra and get the S20+. But with the Corona stuff escalating in the Seattle area and the trade in still not being accepted I'll just stick to S20 ultra since it's too much hassle at this point. Size was the only worry but I'll be fine, anyway have to manage until Note 20 or at worst S21.

Ruben you get the ultra ? Or waiting Note 20Yeah best thing to do since lots of phones will get delay cause of the coronavirus.
I hope that takes away some of the stingSo final resolution for this debacle was Samsung refunding my next day shipping fee and giving me $100 coupon code for Samsung.com
