Yes once you receive the phone you'll need to claim via shop Samsung app. But you'll have to wait until you receive your phone. With Samsung.com it's immediate.

No the buds I'm getting with the 150.00 credit. Lol idk I can't pre-order online bc it keeps setting me up as a pre-order and the switches to a preselect again. The app adds 150.00 to the total.

i was NOT ABLE to use the $200 credit instantly. i was able to place my pre-order for my S20 Ultra 512gb just now.

it only says that this transaction will include a $200 credit for eligible accessories, but during the check out, there was no way to apply this $200 to THE CURRENT TRANSACTION.

i think the $200 will only come to me after i receive the phone, then input the IMEI number on the samsung app on the phone, then the app will get the $200 refund to me via email.

anyone has a different experience? were you able to get the $200 credit immediately and reduce your total for this current phone pre-order purchase?

What a complete and utter flustercuck this is. My credit isn’t being applied to my accessories. My promised trade in value for my Note only now reveals itself to be “enhanced” if I choose unlocked and not AT&T. Samsung sucks.

Yeah that basically negates the 10% sales tax which is great. That's $90 savings which is huge.

Yes lots of people got it, even I was able to apply the credit immediately and get the buds+ and leather case for free.

Are you adding them separately? After you add the phone and click next it should give you list of accessories and you should add from there.

I think the shop Samsung app is having some issues, try ordering from your laptop browser. It went pretty smoothly for me on there.

I see many of you guys are missing out the 10% cash back. Check Rakuten cash back.

Samsung doesn't allow to pay in full with instant credit for trade of my S10 if selected the AT&T version of the S20. It forced to go with AT&T payment plan. I don't want that and don't want unlocked phone. I have att so unlocked phone won't get WiFi calling and visual voicemail. Have the unlocked S10 so I know exactly how it works. Don't want to deal with firmware swap either.

So, I am not buying Samsung phone this year and wait for the iPhone 12 or note 20.

This is BS. You can't get the $600 trade-in if you pick an AT&T model and don't want to use AT&T financing. Total and utter BS. It was not like this for the Note 10 pre-order or S10.
