Looks like Samsung tried to ship mine today, received notice from Fedex for package coming next Tuesday from Samsung Shipping Manager, and then an hour later it says shipment cancelled by sender. Well, never seen this before.

Saw another guy on reddit claim that he sees a FedEx package from Samsung with a ship date of 2nd and delivery of 4th. Looks like Samsung has started creating shipping labels but as expected shipping not till 2nd next Monday.

On my Shop Samsung app the ability to cancel my order has been removed as well. As of almost midnight tonight, my online banking isn't showing the charge as pending (which it was yesterday at this time). Leads me to believe the charge will post to my account as a finalized charge here soon.

I had the same exact thing. Label created on 2/25 7:12 PM, cancelled at 8:21 PM.

Also showed it would be delivered on the 3rd!

Deploy a lot of b2b solutions using Samsung. Been at it for years. It gives one a unique perspective on what features really matter to most customers using these devices as tools. They don't care about 85% of the stuff talked about by and on Android Central or any other tech blog, so I come here to nerd out lol

Do you know where they are shipping from? I have a tracking number from Samsung on my FedEx account that just says "Estimated Delivery Pending." I already received my $35 credit item so I know it's not that. It says it's coming from Coppell, Texas.

The Samsung chat guy said that I'd have to cancel the entire order to cancel the case - nope! I'll just keep the cases.

Just got Fed ex tracking info says Fed ex std overnite from TX.Ships Monday for Tues delv.I cant tell yet what items I have s20 ultra, case,buds however the box is 2 pounds?I dont recall phones shipping from TX?Oh does say sign required.
