I am in Arizona. My S20 Ultra was in Texas..somewhat close by. Then it was shipped back east to Tennessee....i know that is the Fedex shipping hub. But it seems a waste of resources to ship it farther away only to bring it back again lol

I'm in Texas and they sent mine to Memphis. I understand they do it because of their "hub system," but it seems terribly inefficient.

So the label that showed up in my FedEx account yesterday was for the Galaxy Buds+. Just got the email from Samsung this morning.

Do you know if they also generate labels on Sundays? Or just Monday-Saturday?

I guess either way I should get my phone label tomorrow for Wednesday delivery... Hopefully.

Very strange discovery:

as per the Samsung app, the phone is in its own package being shipped, the 45-watt charger is in a separate package with a different tracking number, and the earbuds+ has NOT yet been shipped!

This might imply that they really are out of the earbuds+ for now!

Weird. Who does their inventory planning?

Note: I pre-ordered all three items at 1am Eastern at the start of the pre-ordering night!

I'm in the same exact boat as you described. Messaged with a Samsung rep via live chat last night and he felt the Buds+ would be sent out to everyone who pre-ordered initially, by March 4th.

Fed ex pick up issue.
So i used fed ex phone app it APPEARS I was able to hold the phone at Fed ex Center.
Then I log on thru fedex.com and my account it says
Not ready for pick up yet.
Then shows do to shippers resrtictions no pick up contact shipper.
Even though I changed to a fed ex pick up?
I just went thru this with apple and fed ex last week and could not hold for pick up.
So does anyone that held for pick up see this online contact shipper.

Yes I do and I saw it happen as I was setting the hold location on Fedex.com.

I opened my phone shipment on Fedex.com and the option to hold at a Fedex location was available. I completed the process to select a location and when I confirmed the request and returned to the main screen the message below was on the screen.

Even though on the screen it indicated I had selected a location for pickup I'm not sure if it will be held.
