I just ordered an unlocked S20+5G. 128 gb in Cloud Blue. Don't care about color because I bought the rugged case that I have on my Note 10+ I traded in. Got the free Samsung Fit Bit and the case. When I ordered today it said the phone would be shipped on March 10th with delivery on the 12th.

Question, anyone know how many days you have to return your trade-in? I'd like to keep it to make sure I really like the S20. Hate losing the extra 128 gb that the Note has but I'm only at 59 gb loaded in it and have a 256 card installed.

I got a email yesterday for the phone I got today that it needs to be received by March 18th.

Mine has been shipped last Friday, FedEx still has it, not sure it'll come today either.

Mine has been sitting in Memphis since Monday with no movement. FedEx says to call Samsung and Samsung says to call FedEx. This is turning into one big headache now.

Anybody know what the deal is if you return the phone? Do you have to return the freebies as well? Just wondering, because if my phone doesn't see movement by morning, I am gonna hit veriZon when they open tomorrow morning

Yeah, you have to return everything.

Ok Ultra is a keeper, so just dropped off my trade in note 10 to FedEx.

I haven't seen any reason to not keep it...for myself anyway.

I now have another FedEx label. Assume it's for my portable battery (only thing left at this point!).

I followed both but since I was having it shipped to a business address it wouldn't allow me tracking packages coming to that address so I could only track with FedEx after Samsung gave me the tracking numbers.

Can you make or look at your FedEx account to see if a label was made just not updated on Samsung site?

So Samsung refuses to admit that they entered the shipping speed wrong, blamed FedEX, and then gave me a $50 promo code to make me go away. So it looks like I'm stuck waiting til Monday. Assuming FedEX doesn't screw up the delivery.

I did another pre-order tonight. Said it'll ship by the 6th with a by March 10 the delivery date.

Mine said the same however it's showing on FedEx as tomorrow delivery

Latest update: Still no information and Samsung customer service is still clueless. So I guess my order will miss the official release date. At this point, will I get my phone before the Galaxy 21 release? Who knows?

Sorry. I, at least, have a phone that shipped but I won't see it til Monday. Their "support" is infuriating. The language issues , combined with an unwillingness to admit fault do nothing but frustrate.

You wonder why they even have a customer service? When I read that they told one of us no-one will have their phone before the 6th..it proves how shockingly unhelpful and useless they seem to be!

After reading this thread and the signal strength thread I canceled the order I gave earlier today. I'll just keep my Note 10+ (not 5G) and save the $500 it's costing after trade-in. I'm T-Mobile and they do have the 5G service where I live, but where I live I'm on wifi all the time anyway.
