I just reserved the S10+ in Prism White 128GB/8GB. Traded my olde Note 8 that was collecting dust for $550. It says I should get a link to pre-order. Anyone knows when that will happen?

If you have a Perks account, the phones are discounted $75-$95 depending on size. Plus you get 3% back

I can order the phone now on the Samsung Shop app but the trade in for my old phone is not as much as when I reserved one last week. When I reserved the phone last week I received an email stating I would recieve a special link. Has anyone recieved link yet?

Waiting to preorder tomorrow morning with T-Mobile via JOD. I'd stay up till 11 PM CST tonight, but when I did that for the S8 I was up till 2:30 in the morning Can't wait!

That's odd. I too am wondering how the whole process works with ordering directly through Samsung. I usually pre-order phones with my carrier (Verizon). I'm hoping there's no issues, I will be ordering (2) S10's in Black and (1) S10E in white.

Pre-orders seem to be "live" on Samsung Canada website. However it just hangs when I get to the payment method selection.
