I keep checking my status every hour still have the option to cancel so no movement for me yet.
I called AMEX to advise them that the charge would be coming through. They told me not to worry about it. It would go through. Today, they denied the charge and told me to have the charge reprocessed. I call Samsung.com, they told me my order was cancelled and I would have to reorder. I tried to use the same email address from first order to get the note 7 discount and it said offer as already been redeemed. I call Samsung back to see if I can get the discount again. They told me I would have to email proof of purchase and wait up to 5 days for the discount to reset.
If YOU cancel, it seems to reset, but if THEY cancel, it does not reset.That's weird because I placed an order on the 27th then cancelled it about five minutes later because I had second thoughts since I didn't pay off my sister's phone ... then after thinking it over for about 10 minutes, I went ahead and paid off the rest of the phone then went to place the order using the same email I used the first time and it went through no problem. Don't get why it didn't let you.

My guess is we will start seeing shipping early next week may be in Tuesday and start receiving shipped notices late Tuesday night.For us who have our orders confirmed should we be getting shipping labels printed soon or you think they will stay confirmed for a week!
It'll say 3 weeks and take 2 weeks and 6 days. LolLast. I figured as much though when I ordered. I ordered from them for the note 7 discount so I'll wait. It will come. At least it won't be like the essential phone I ordered that said 7 days and the took 3 weeks lol.
At this point whether it starts right now or Tuesday morning it doesn't matter. We went see anything till Wednesday at the earliest and all the Verizon/Tmo/Sprint folks will have theirs in hand. Just another let down from Samsung but, maybe we will get a 425 discount but, i even doubt that will go right either.The samesung reps that said the 5th they ship out, do you think that's still true since today they started confirming our orders?
They never are known to ship first, you will get used to it after few times pre ordering from them. It's only people who are pre ordering from them first time are disappointed by this.well that's sad. the only reason I went with Samsung was to get it sooner than anyone else. Anyone would think since its their product they'd ship it sooner than the CARRIERS!
Can't you sell those on Swappa?If they'll take my Pixel XL in exchange for the Note 7 discount--I had 2--I'd order from them. Sigh. Guess I will be on my laptop/phone for a lot of tomorrow sorting out if that works or if it's back to Verizon, who will only give me a little over half that in tradein for it.
