Makes me even more glad I canceled and went with my carrier. Had my note for almost a week. Feel bad for everyone still waiting. I hope it arrives soon.I ordered 26 Aug, ATT, former Note 7, and still my order is stuck in Preorder, and no response on the delivery update. Shame on you Samsung!! Screw you Samsung!!!!

Are you in Canada?Hm, thats interesting, I went through the checkout process to see what the ETA was for order placed today and it stated orders placed today would start shipping "the week of September 17th."
The phone is in high demand guys. The delays are to be expected at this point. I know we're not used to this with Samsung phones, but realize that the Note hasn't been new for 2 years. If you didn't order early you can't expect to get the phone early.
It says in transit now, last scanned at the hub in Miami where it's been sitting since 9/9 due to Irma. It says "delivery date unavailable check back later" but when I go in UPS mychoice to the select delivery window time it gives a date of 9/15. Does that mean I still might get it tomorrow?
I totally get that, I'm not so upset now at least I know it wont be shipped until October like I was told. I am upset however for others who clearly ordered on the first day and still haven't received their phones? While others ordered around the same day as myself, (sept 6) and they had their phones within 2 days. Just seems like things were not handled as they should have been.
Most complaining didn't order 1st or they aren't note 7 customers. I ordered 1st day and got mine on 9/7. SAMSUNG only promised I'D get it by the 13th. Us with early deliveries got a bonus. That wasn't our entitlement. I see several here who had payment issues and one delayed by hurricane Irma. None of that is Samsung's fault. Not many posters I see on this thread truly got screwed in this preorder process. Just seems there are several who are being over dramatic.
Meh... I don't care when it gets here really.... I have my M S8+ anyway until then. Most of you shouldn't either to be honest. It's a phone. You'll survive the wait. You've survived this long without it.
