Problem with phone going to LANDSCAPE MODE more then before?

It seems that when unlocking my phone, it goes to Landscape mode more eaasily then before. BTW, unlocking from Widget Locker and phone is rooted via the one step FROYO, ROOT and CLOCKWORK step. Anyone else experiencing this? THANKS!

Anyones vibrate feature not working?? I was just going through my phone and realized that the vibration is not working. Is this another EB13 bug or an installation problem??

Odd Vibration - Anyone else?

It's been a long journey.
Went ahead and performed the manual update (update.zip)
After several issues - Calendar Sync, Market Sync, Old Market (not updated after 4 days), slow rotation between portrait & landscape, sensor issues, etc. I worked my way through most of the fixes presented on Android Central.
I'm down to one issue that I have not seen anyone else mention: The phone vibrates after I turn it off (about 10-15 seconds after the keyboard turns off, it produces a short vibration), and when I turn it on (right after the Galaxy S turns off).
I backed everything up and did a factory reset - no fix.
I bit the bullet and tried to Odin the EB13 'fresh' - no fix
I used Odin to go back to DI18 and verified that the vibration did not occur.
I used the update.zip on a clean phone to go back to EB13 and the vibration happens again.
I even went so far as to Odin to DI18, then Odin again to EB13. Again, at DI18, no vibration on power up/down, but on EB13 it happens.

I've played with the vibration settings, but can't get it to stop.

I guess its minor compared with some of the other issues seen, but its a little irritating since it didn't do that before.

Anyone else see this?

At least your phone vibrates! Mine doesn't at all! lol I'm thinking about re-installing EB13 on my phone but am worried of having more problems with bugs than I do now. I can live without vibrate I guess. Don't have much need for it but would like it to work.

Can I re-install EB13 over the copy I have now or do I have to go back to DI18 and then go back to EB13???

Yes

And I while I originally did the update.zip, I ventured today for a full wipe and ODIN EB13 rom back on - same....except now I have to set all my screens back up, redownload all my stuff blah blah....

Well, after flashing back to DI18 and trying on the vibrate function there, I realized that its my phone and NOT the software that is causing the problem. Now I need to find out if I can take it to a sprint store or send it back to Samsung for a hardware fix and at a cost since I'm not insured.....*sigh*........

They may be able to fix it for 35 bucks?

I had eb13 on my phone and took it to Sprint because I was having the same issues as everyone else. All he did was a hard reset, he then told me I would be fine. I opened Sports mode and guess what?........force close again.
He told me there was no way to flash it back to stock. (guess he's never heard of Android Central. LOL)
I flashed back to dk28 and no problems...I think I'll keep this version until we get Gingerbread

GPS won't lock in. SD card won't read, you have to format. The whole phone seems to be alot slower. Wishing I would never updated to 2.2 (how do I go back to 2.1?)

Yes, the compass is totally hosed. It jumps all over the place and doesn't report my location correctly either. Curiously, the Sprint navigation is correct.

I upgraded to EB13 and now the volume levels of items such as Navigation and audio files is extremely low. Battery life seems to be mixed as I'm playin giwht how much wifi vs 3g cause on battery drain. Anyone else having issues with volume level?

issues/gripes i'm seeing:
-GPS sucks. It's taking even longer to lock on. Best i ever could get was a location that was 2 miles away from my actual point. Mind you, i was on the top floor of my parking garage and open skies.

-Phone Log - Before, it would only show the actual call logs. missed, dialed, etc. Now it's including every text/sms message in the log.

-Speaker phone is a lot quieter now. I'm hard of hearing and i use my speaker phone.. now i can barely use the speaker phone

-Gmail - After I send a messaage, still after 2-3 minutes it still says sending. but if i go out of gmail and back in, it's refreshed along with new inbound messages.

-Gmail notifications. This one is HUGE for me. Being hard of hearing, i rely on ALL vibrations for notifications. Gmail is now broke.

-Random vibrations. Every once in a while, my phone will vibrate for a half second, but no notifications or anything. Ghost vibrations.

-Gallery - really, insanely SLOW. Sometimes it's fine, 80% of the time it's "reading the SD card". i have 14 gb free, apps are not saved on it, and only has 300 pics. my 3 year old Blackberry Curve is faster than this with it's 1gb internal memory SD card. :)

This is a stock phone.

End Rant.
