Samsung Galaxy 3 not downloading apps from play store.

[Android Central Question]

I am trying to download the Mixing Station app and the Galaxy Tab 3 won't download, coming up with an error notification saying 'no connection'. I am connected via wifi and it has no trouble searching on Chrome, and I haven't had any problems with compatability really so I'm wondering if there's something blocking downloads via wifi?

Any help appreciated.

Hi there. Isn't that a really old tablet? What version of Android is it on? Maybe that app isn't compatible with your tablet.

Welcome to Android Central! The Tab 3 is a 9 year old device that only got as high as KitKat, so there's a very high chance that it's no longer compatible with the app, or with the Play Store.
