Samsung Galaxy Buds Outgoing voice issue

Whenever I talk to someone using my Samsung Galaxy Buds (basic ones), the recipient doesn't get my voice clear. He/she could hardly understand what I am talking about. I complained about the same to Samsung and got 3 Times Replacement of Buds but still the problem resides. Can anyone please help me on this matter?

Hi,
Is there also a problem with low sound in the earbud as compared to previous time use. As I faced this issue and I just cleaned it with water and a towel. After that, it was sounding good.
