Samsung galaxy grand 2 network problem

Please help I have Samsung galaxy garnd 2 dous .and I am facing the network problem with both sim card network .networks are going for a minute and than come again .This problem happens almost 100 time in a day .But when I slots these sim cards on other mobie phone it's working very fine

What's the exact model number of your phone, and what carrier are you using? Are you certain the phone fully supports your carrier's network bands?

ANDROID VERSION-4.3

I don't no about carrier using and carrier network band.
My network mode setting for sim 1 -gam
And sim 2 - auto wcdma/gsm
I am using Internet in sim 2

You don't know who your carrier is? Where did you get the SIM cards from?

I am using idea cellular networks sim card. India

APN setting is correct... so what next to check
Is it some mobile or Android problem

If it works normally on other devices, then it's probably the phone itself.

See if it happens in Safe Mode: How to turn on safe mode on Samsung Galaxy Grand 2. If it still happens, try wiping the cache partition: SAMSUNG G7102 Galaxy Grand 2 - Recovery Mode - HardReset.info
