Samsung: Galaxy Note 9 Pre-Order Thread

I just ordered mine through Samsung. The 512gb version in blue. Initially it has said it will ship Sept 2nd but we will see. Those things always change and alot of times they show up to your door and you never get tracking info. Funny or not I honestly learned patience by being such a phone ***** over the past 9 years. Yep I said it. lol

The only evidence of it is in videos and pictures. I mean who know if all those pics are fake or not. I think Samsung is orchestrating the world's biggest April Fool's and next year when Fedex finally stays the phone shipped will be April First. That day will be the day Samsung reveals it to us.

Ordered my Blue 512GB with the duo charging pad on the 11th of Aug. Still waiting for it to ship. Phone currently says that it's backordered but the headphones and the charger say that they are both "In process". Hoping I would get this before Labor Day weekend , but it looks like it's not gonna happen

I ordered the Blue 512GB (Verizon) direct from Samsung on the morning of the 10th. My headphones say in process but everything else just says that it is ordered. I have contacted Samsung support several times only to be told different things at different times. One said that my phone would not ship until the week of September 2nd. Another told me he had no idea when it would ship and the last person I talked to said it would ship in 3-5 business days. I would hope that next year Samsung doesn't promise a delivery date..... I'm full of sadness and don't know who to believe :/

Thanks, that gives me hope. It's crazy that ordering on the morning of the launch of preorders doesn't get you a phone by the delivery date advertised. The worst part is that it was saying that as long as I ordered by the 20th I'd get it by tomorrow.

Cancelled my pre-order. Tired of getting jerked around by Samsung. We ordered two Note 9's and trading in our Note 8's. They said they could only process one trade in at a time from the same address. Never heard of that before. We ordered both of these on August 10. Wife got hers, but mine now shows that it wasn't ordered till August 23. And no idea of when the ship date would be. Tried the online chat. Said the wait would be 1-3 minutes. Waited twice for over an hour. Horrible customer service.
I finally said "s*rew it". I'm so upset that I told my wife I'll just wait to see what Apple comes with on September 12. Thanks alot Samsung.

So mine is scheduled for delivery on Monday but they are requiring a signature. I called FedEx to see if I could sign for it online (can't do that), than I asked if Fedex could hold it so I could come pick it up since I will be at work. Fedex said that they can't hold it because Samsung isn't allowing that. Fedex said that they have to make 3 attempts before it will be held at Fedex. So that means, if no one is home to sign for it, I wouldn't be able to pick it up till Thursday. Anyone have it delievied without a signature or if not, were you able to pick up the phone at Fedex after the first deleivey attempt.

So I called Samsung and my order placed on the 10th right after orders opened is backordered. So I might get it next week. Way to drop the ball. I can walk over to T-Mobile and just buy it there.
