Samsung Galaxy S4 Active turns off unexpectedly

I bought one Samsung Galaxy S4 Active I9295 in November 2013. After 3 months, it started to get turned of unexpectedly even when battery charge shows more than 60%. It happens specially when I browse 3G internet. Then I took it to the Authorized dealer of Samsung. They said, "The battery is depleted. That's why it happens like that." They replaced the battery. But still it happens every day.

Any suggestions or idea would be highly appreciated.

I tried System Cache Partition Wipe as well as Master Reset but still it's getting turned off often. What else have to be done??

I have the same problem - also when I browse 3G.
If I don't connect the phone to a charger it won't even start after turning off!

I also bought it at the end of 2013 - I think it was December though
