Samsung Galaxy S4 stuck at version 4.2.2? (SGH-I337)

Hi, my S4 model is SGH-I337, Baseband version I337UCUAMDL. My carrier is ATT. Everytime I check for update it's telling me my device is up to date. However, I'm stuck on 4.2.2 since I received my phone and my friend have 4.4 already. Help?

I had the same problem and called AT&T and had them push the update to my phone. I'm now on 4.4.4.

I was told AT&T is rolling it out by imei numbers. I was sent a link to use Keis to download and install if I was not willing to wait until my imei came up on the list. I never bothered. 4.4.2 is working just fine, plus I rooted it and would have to unroot, update, then re-root. Too much hassle for no certain benefit.
