Samsung Galaxy S6 vs HTC One M9: Turning the Tables

I believe that it's really important to get a good feeling when holding a smartphone. The M9 feels different than the M8. It's easier to hold and actually it makes you want to keep it on you all the time. The M8 also made feel like that but the M9 does it even more.

I use a case so feel does not matter. beautifu naked though. hoping for an m9+ ....

All this battery talk has me thinking I should stick to my Razr Maxx HD. All day usage, including GPS. Then again, I can't update anything without adverse effects.

Still waiting for the perfect phone that is evidently never going to materialize.

I have a smartwatch so I leave my Bluetooth on. I also have GPS, wifi and data on and my phone battery is fine. Please don't tell me to turn my smartphone into a dumb phone because the battery life sucks on Samsung phones. I've been following the S6 threads and that's all I hear.

LOL, you didn't read anything I wrote did you. I won't repeat again what I just wrote about what actually kills a phone battery.

It could be a carrier issue though. Check the threads on XDA, some people are getting 5 hrs of screen time

Just saw the s6 at bestbuy. No doubt the phone design of the year. Just feels elegant.

Wow, that's a big comment. It doesn't just look elegant, it feels elegant. I hear everyone say the M9 feels solid. Hmmmmm. Feeling elegant is something you expect of an Apple device. I need to go check this out.

I had to leave the HTC family because of their terrible cameras. Been with the Note 4 and haven't looked back. Samsung may have their quirks, but they are never boring and their cameras are excellent.

I am weary to make that jump. I requested via Sprint's website to be updated about the S6 pre orders. Never got an email. I may have ordered one if the email came into my box. It's hard going from Sense to Touchwiz. But I do want to try out Samsung split screen technology.

THIS

I really want to try split screen, it looks like it would be so useful. Wish more phones would come out with something like this. Still don't know if that would keep me from getting the m9 instead though. I hear too many good things about sense and too many bad things about touch wiz, although apparently its been improved.
Whichever I pick, I'm sure it'd be a large improvent over my nexus 4 haha. Leaning towards m9 right now, don't mind the crappy camera, which can be fixed anyways.

This is turning into an S6 thread within the HTC One forum area. It's about time a mod closed this thread - Adam

I had split screen with the Note 3 and the G3 and I never used it. Limited apps are available for it. It seemed like a good idea until I used it, it's just not that practicle.

Which apps could it be used for? If its a limited amount then yeah, maybe it won't be as useful as I thought
