Samsung GS3 Won't turn on after installing new rom version

Recently I have rooted my SAMSUNG gs3, I manually installed a newer ROM of android 6.0. I restarted my device and when I tried to turn it back on it was looping the start Samsung logo screen. I am pretty sure that The phone no longer has an operating system. Please help me real quick before I buy a new phone.

Just get a new ROM and make sure it's the correct one for you specific S3. Then just do it all over again.
