Samsung Moment 2.1 - I have it

I just got a respond to am email I sent am account manager and she said they are still waiting for info on it's release also. I highly doubt this guy has anything.

i know that the guys at SDX are willing to pay good money for a 2.1 rom for the moment so i would go post something there and see what is willing to be ponied up

I believe him. The final testing version of 2.1 for the Hero went out on the 31st and I got a leak of it within 20 minutes. Sprint testers are no different than anyone else. Leaking software is fun

KC Joe - what's the menu -> settings -> about phone -> Software Information say for build number and Firmware version?

Or better yet, open the /system/build.prop file and upload it here to shut everyone up.

as of right now the total of everyone that is willing to pitch in its around 600 but thats if everyone puts in what they say. i personally would be pitching in 20 so if you can do it we will pay.

Didn't mean to insinuate that I could get it, just saying that I'm sure it's available. And was curious how much $ people would pay for something like this.

And BTW jax - you get more flies with honey than you do with vinegar. With that sort of attitude you're just driving away anyone who might be willing to help. Sounds to me like the OP is just a regular user that lucked into getting a leak, or is a tester who can't just toss around software to please random people on a forum. Either way, after your post I doubt he would be willing to help even if he could, and I don't blame him one bit.

We do know for a fact that it's not going to include Flash since Adobe has come out and said flash won't work on our devices..... however some good news is that Skyfire is working on an Android version

I don't recall Adobe ever saying anything about specific phone models. They have commented that some phone's processors aren't fast enough to run flash, but the moment's processor is pretty capable (much faster than, say, the Hero)... I think the Moment still will see flash one day.

honestly if they are giving us 2.1 the moment has the fastest processor for sprint at the current . correct me if im wrong on that . but why no pinch to zoom and no mention of multi touch if you have this update we need pictures or videos anything but atleast make it believable whats the use of 2.1 without ptz, txt to speech more home pages live backrounds flash!!! like wtf man

They didn't mention the Moment, they however mentioned the Hero.. but they did say " We require a device with an ARM v7 (Cortex) processor." which rules the moment out.

Well word has it that they have found some more problems (I haven't seen any personally). Whether that will affect the release or not is up in the air. If I were a betting sort of guy, I would bet that they release it this week anyway. But that is just me. My boss has said they will have more info on Monday.
