FedEx and Samsung site shows delivery date as August 30th. However, Samsung Shop app already shows delivered.

No. When Samsung receives your phone you'll get an email that says they are reviewing your phone and that you will get another email in 3-7 business days saying if the trade in was approved.

I sent my phone back on Monday. Got the email from Samsung yesterday saying that they received it and would let me know the results in 3-7 days. I hope its sooner rather than later.

I didn't go with Samsung this time. I waited and got mine yesterday at Best Buy. They gave me $600 in trade for my wife's old Pixel 3 64gb and $50 off total retail for activating new phones. Also got them to do BOGO so it will cost me $450 for two Note 10+. I couldn't pass that up.

Do they charge a higher line access fee for the BOGO?

No, it's just the standard Verizon charges. So it's a pretty sweet deal.

I received my "fully approved" email moments ago. I got the full amount for my S10, $600 big ones. Now, I can breathe a sigh of relief. I dropped off the box at Fedex on 8/26, got a "received" email on Weds. 8/27 and full approval today. Not bad at all.

Damn FedEx ground is slow, I dropped off mine from Seattle area Wednesday and it's taking one week to deliver to Fort Worth, TX. Scheduled delivery is September 4th, Wednesday.

Count me as another waiting for the Samsung received email. My phone was delivered about noon on the 28th, hopefully I'll hear something soon, and get approval in the next week.
