Samsung Will Not Allow Adding Premium Care+ to ALL Note20s post-purchase

Just tried to add it myself and was told the same thing. No go. I'm looking at Upsie now, don't know how old the company is or anything about them.... Could be Square trade for me.

When I pre-ordered my note 20 ultra I tried to add the Samsung Upgrade option and it would not let me place the order with that option added, when I removed it I was able to place the order, so I asked a Samsung rep if I could add the upgrade option after placing the order they told me Yes when I received my phone, I tried once I got my phone and they told me I couldn't it was only available during the ordering process lol

Yeah it kept saying "sorry we can't fulfill your request right now try again in a few minutes" or something of that nature I tried to order all that afternoon until the next day and no luck, so then I removed it and I was able to order my note 20, but now it's too late to add it.

I just tried it and it worked!! Got confirmatory email from Samsung. I paid. Hopefully this is not a mistake. I'll cancel the Note 10 Care+ now.

Yes - I used the Samsung members app today and was able to add the premium care to my Ultra. I had to view more on the benefits section and scroll down the page to find it the link to sign up.

I thought this was always the case. I didn't think you could add it after the fact.

I had the option to buy it within 30 days of purchase (through the Members app) of my Note 10, which I bought from the Microsoft Store.

$11.99 for Samsung + or $18-19 with Sprint. Sprint gives extra storage etc. Unsure which one to keep, I somehow have both...
