We can have new people posting. So as long as posters suggest insurance fraud it is appropriate to note that it is insurance fraud. Suggesting it should be flagged and posters who do suggest it should be warned. IMHO.

I agreed with this the first time around (it was either suggested or hinted previously), but I don't see AC towing that line--although legally, they should.
