Elsewhere in the terms, it is much more ambiguous, to the point of contradicting itself.
No matter, the OP is stupid for complaining, and it is incidents like this why I got the insurance on mine. If the OP tries this and gets caught I would laugh.
well... you ARE on unemployment, apparently. so, technically, we ARE paying your bills.
so, if you're a man of your word, do as we say now.
thanks!![]()
Re-read my original post. I specifically said "..if you could get away with it.."
You yourself are projecting.. projecting that everyone is a saint and follows rules. I just happen to have insider knowledge that this is not the case. Insurance claims almost always have some sort of fraud involved. If you want specifics, I can PM.
On your left hand, you have a new phone from an insurance replacement company filed under a fraud claim..that you got away with. The right hand, has a new device you paid $300+tax for.. you seriously would choose your right hand? Amen to you, but not many others would.
Alot of people here are acting Holier than Thou.. if you all broke your brand new toy and it was an accident and didn't have insurance, you'd be coming up with an excuse to exchange it and have VZ eat the costs.
Verizon is worth something ridiculous like $300 billion. They care nothing for you.. they dont care if you're a good person, or a bad person. All they care about is nickle and diming you to death with stupid fee's and plan features. They lock stuff down and are generally here to take as much money as you'll give them, so why not try and get them to replace the phone?
Every single one of you here would do it if you felt you could get away with it.... I know I would.
So, I'm the kind of person that dislikes cases, and whatnot, because I like being able to see the whole phone, rather than something concealed by a case. But, after the ordeal I've gone through with a crack underneath the screen (that I don't *think* I caused, but I don't know for sure), and finally getting a new Nexus, I find myself very paranoid... Anyone know of any cases that offer a lot of protection, but don't make the phone look a lot bigger/ bulkier/ "ugly"?
I wouldn't. If I was foolish enough to not use a case or get insurance then well shame on me. But I guess those types of values aren't what they teach people these days.....
Those ones disappeared right after taking pride in your work/doing every job to the best of your ability....
Consider a vertical pouch, like Sena makes. I've used Beyza and Fortte cases like this for every smartphone I've had. They look way better than the snap-on-the-back-and-sides units (I think most of those look terrible) and they cover the screen. You have to take the phone out of it every time you use it (it's a habit you develop, you stick the case in your pocket) is the difference. Only Sena has one now for the GN, but Beyza and Fortte will be on it pretty fast. You can customize the Fortte's I think. So, I'm the kind of person that dislikes cases, and whatnot, because I like being able to see the whole phone, rather than something concealed by a case. Integrity is doing the right thing when no one is looking. Many people choose to do the wrong thing and I / we are not here to police or stop you. My father always did the right thing and I have tried to instill that in my kids. Now they have kids, when you can pass this type of logic from generation to generation well there you go.
While I am at it you should start your own cell phone company, invest billions, and promise shareholders a return on their investment and see how well the shoe fits on the other foot.

I commend you for doing the right thing, honestly..
However, is integrity macing people waiting in line so you can buy stuff at a Wal-Mart? Is integrity fighting for frivilous items during holiday season? Is integrity stomping on a Wal-Mart worker while he laying bleeding to death while you rush to get the latest discounts? I'm ashamed to be an American when I read these stories.. people are more worried about plastic items than that of their fellow human.
American's with integrity are a dying breed my friend. You either have integrity and do the right thing and get walked on.. or you don't, and be the one walking on others.
It's sad but this seems like how America is now. We are turning into a country of "cover my own ass first"
Anways, off-topic and didn't mean to thread jack.
OtterBox Commuter. It adds a tad bit of bulk, but I love their look and they are, IMHO, the best quality out there.

dying breed? how so? a few stories you read or see on tv and you jump to this conclusion? if that's what you'd like to believe for your own peace of mind, then alright. but for you to just throw this out there as fact, that's a bit absurd.
and these holiday season stories of yours, it wasn't mob mentality. it was one person (or a small group of people) who acted that way. a small percentage.
i really don't think American integrity is disappearing. i think American ignorance is much more rampant, given by how much Americans use the news as their main source of information on current events. nowadays, there are very few news sources that are credible at all. sensationalism is the media's best bet. and. most ignorant Americans fall for it. of course news will only report the bad occurrences because they get more of a rise from viewers that way.
and integrity only disappears if weak minded people, sheep, let it die. they give up and say "hey. everyone is doing it...."
Where did you get yours. I want one. Not a case kinda guy but I want protection. Wish the AC store had it.
