Screen protectors will stop the fingerprint reader from working: knock-out criterium?

It might be a deal breaker for me if I can't use a screen protector. Dropping your phone is going to happen from time to time and the screen protector always saves it for me. I would go with the S10E if so, I actually prefer the flat screen but like the fingerprint scanner on the front of the phone. Also think the S10E doesn't look as nice with the bigger bezels.

You Know, people are really dumb. Really. Like I can't believe anyone thinks that screen protectors need holes to work for the S10. I mean, how do you believe that? Just logically, it doesn't make sense. They just love to draw hype guys for news. It's not real.

I've never had I-Blason cases before but I love both of those cases especially the purple one.

I've got the Marble and Pink Glitter full body case on my S9+. Very protective but the built in screen protector scratches easily. I would grade it 4 out of 5. As the S10 cases won't have screen protectors this will no longer be an issue.

I stopped using a screen protector when the S6 edge came out. Doesn't work well so I figured why waste my money.

Really good! I've had mine on my S9 plus for almost a year now. Dropped it a handful of times and there's not a scratch on it!

I wish we knew for sure if the new phone will have a protector already on it. Someone said it might even come with a Whitestone but they are doing pre-orders now so why would they do that if the phone is going to come with one.

Does anyone know if the plastic film screen protectors will work? I usually use Skinomi screen protectors, that are plastic and apply with liquid, and have been pleased with them over the last few years.

I just called the Zagg Kiosk at the mall who puts my invisihield on they haven't made a good tempered glass one since before the 7 edge and curved screens but the girl said we already got in our 10 plus ones 1st she said iPhone and I said no Galaxy S10 plus coming out in March and she looked and said oh yeah we have those I said oh so are they going to work with the built in ultra sonic finger print sensor and she said yes but I'm not buying it after all I've read all over the internet We will wait and see I guess.

I doubt there will be screen protectors with a hole for FPS. Yes, I saw the video. I also saw the response that it was for testing, and the final product would not have a hole.

I'm hoping they release all the details regarding this on the 20th. I want to pre-order that day but will still have to make a decision between the S10E and S10.

WinFutures is reporting that Samsung is going to sell PLASTIC screen protectors for the S10 series.
