SD card is blank or has unsupported filesystem - 16GB

For all who have problems with the sd card I give you a good advice: remove the sd from the phone leave him for 2 o 3 weeks and then try again...no one wants to lose memories from sd?!?!?!?!?!...just check...good luck

Today, I receive my new 64 GB SanDisk Ultra (microSDXC™ UHS-I Card) from LAZADA. When I inserted it in my phone (Alcatel Flash 2) it displayed "SD Card is blank or has unsupported filesystem". I tried rebooting my phone, removing & inserting the sd card but nothing changed. Finally, I tried reformatting the sd card using my phone and then it solved the problem; I can now read the sd card.

My concerns are: (1) Why does my brand new sd card encountered this kind of problem? (2) Is this a factory failure? (3) Will this still function properly like a brand new sd card or it might have future errors?
