Sorry to jump right into a question but I need help. I recently downloaded a file using chrome and the download fail. It was about 300mb. There was a crddownload file created and now my sd card is locked. I can acess and even us files just not delete them and nothing on the phone can use it. Crome recognizes the Sd has 1.44gb left but everything elts reads it as 1.57gb. My phones battery is draining quicker to. Restarting doesnt help. Can any one help.

Welcome to Android Central! When you say it's "locked", do you mean the system is telling you that it's "write protected" or "read only"?
How big is the microSD card, and where did you get it? If it's a pretty large capacity card (like 256 GB or higher) and you got it really cheap, there's a good chance it's a counterfeit. Counterfeit cards are programmed to report much more storage than they actually have. If you go over the real capacity, then data can get corrupted.
