security updates in Europe

I own a Lg g4, bought it in november 2015 through Telenor(norwegian carrier). It is the european unlocked model LG-H815. As so many others, I had the bootloop problem and my carrier changed the motherboard, in march I believe. Over to my question, I am still only on the january security patch. I have read one place, unfornately I cannot remember where , that LG did not issue any more security updates than that for Europe. Any other Europeans or Norwegians that can chime in about their phone?
