In fact its less than two weeks old Mfg. date 6/3/11 see pictures below. Well Tech support was right it was a hardware issue not being able to load some of my apps to the old phone after the update. I loaded everything on fine then did the update and everything is working well now. :)

Why do you think it's a new phone? The replacement phones are supplied with the same plastic coverings the new phones are. Most of the time refurbs never really look like refurbs.

The supplier is Samsung on the tag not New Breed Logistics the Company that Refurbs all of Verizon's handsets.
