Setting Google Fit Bedtime Schedule

According to this page (https://support.google.com/android/answer/9887159?hl=en), the Clock app should have a Bedtime Schedule, but my Clock app doesn't seem to have that. Can someone explain why?
The reason I want to set this is because Google Fit is showing my bedtime as 23:00 although I haven't set that anywhere.
I'm running Android 9, on an Xperia XZ Premium.

Welcome to Android Central! That might just be for the Google Clock app. If your Xperia uses Sony's Clock app, then it probably doesn't have that feature.

You can set your bedtime schedule in the Google Fit app, under your Profile. Open Fit, tap Profile at the lower right, then set your Bedtime Schedule there.
