here too. atypical summer that killed everything since we had no rain. I'm ready for the coming rain and the life it will bring to our vegetation. even cloudy I get out and shoot if there are things to be had.

Our tropical storm watch was upgraded to a warning... The tide is going out, typically you'd be able to see the beach at the bottom of these stairs at this time of the day

A kind of fuzzy look that you often get in low light pictures when a camera is struggling

I'm really not seeing much in those pics tbh. They look awesome

the noise is well controlled for such a small sensor, skies always give small sensors issues. You can always use noise reduction if needed, but the Note 8 seems to do well in lower light keeping details and not smearing them horribly and you can't replace details. I do not think yours look bad at all , even at larger sizes on a computer screen

I think people start to forget sometimes... they are phones, not DSLRs, after all! I have a sweet Nikon D80 with three lenses that rarely leave my office any more because the damned phones take such great pictures and are so convenient!

I have a Sony 6300 also with 3 lenses... Collecting dust.
