If the hearing is tomorrow morning, then yeah, tomorrow night is within the realm of possibility. It's looking more and more like Friday, May 25th is the new date. I suspect we could have them as early as Friday. A week from now is a very safe bet, imo.

Except in other parts of the world, Apple has been able to get injunctions against other companies and devices. See: Samsung Galaxy Tab

I'd guess the first movement of the item after the label is created.

Somebody mentioned this in another post or thread...I can understand Sprint/HTC can't sell the phones, but the preorders were technically sales, since Sprint already took the funds for it. If that's the case, can't they just deliver them since their already sold? Money has already been exchanged. Now, for the people that planned on picking theirs up on Friday, that's another thing. I know I'm reaching, and nothing is going to come of it until this ruling is done, but you know.....

It doesn't matter to Customs. They can Sell , or Give away what ever they want , allowing them in and being released is another thing. I have ordered things off E-Bay from China that were sold (as a gift even) and Customs held them up .

Many things every day get Held up by Customs for the most part they are all Sold to someone somehow but getting them released is the Trick

What's so wrong about that? I clearly needed the phone, Sprint has failed me and I need compensation for it. They screwed up by taking a gamble and now they have to pay the price. It was urgent that I needed the phone.

That isn't Sprints problem though. They offer other phones. If you needed a phone that bad...you would have gotten one.
