Here's my thinking on the supposed inspection. If Apple is allowed to have an official present during the inspection and Customs caters to Apples scheduling. You can bet Apple will drag this out for as long as they can.

If this was a standard inspection all shipments would have been delayed. The first shipment of the One X wasn't delayed, as myself and others have previously pointed out.

So I got really fed up of this waiting crap and went to best buy...I felt like trying out ATT's network. =) Yeah that's it.

The Media Link I bought for my Evo LTE works great with this thing. Can't wait to get the EVO hopefully next week and then take this back with no restocking fee. Thanks best buy for the loaner. Woot!

Personally, I think I'm brilliant, cuz I said what the hell. You get a credit inquiry but there's no restocking fee and within 3 days you return as if nothing happened. Within 14 pay for the time you used the plan. Within 30 pay the months worth, but within all those times, return for no restocking fee. I just couldn't sit staring at these forums all weekend. This will get my mind off it i think. I don't think I'm that nuts. Anyone have an opinion?

How? for inventing something on OS9 and asking for their property to be enforced? They didn't call the ITC and say, "hey, can you hold these phones, and do your customs stuff?" No not at all. They won a court battle fair and square (in the eyes of the law) and now that judgement is taking effect.

They didn't "invent" it. Clicking on something and having it show a menu of options for the users to choose what to do with it is basic computer GUI functionality. It's a silly patent that never shouldn't have been approved, nor should it have held up in court when Apple sued HTC for it.

So yes, I can blame Apple, for its frivolous lawsuit. I also blame our patent system, for approving such a silly patent, and for considering anyone to be infringing upon said patent.

It appears that ATT LTE is pretty good. Blowing through data like crazy though. 3gb/month wouldn't last me very long.
