I got a UPS shipping email around 8:30 pm EST, saying a package shipped from Wyoming, MI and will arrive on 5/17. Only thing it could be is the phone since I haven't ordered anything else and that is one day before the official launch. No update on sprint and nothing say it is the phone, but couldn't be anything else.
"Some or all of the items you ordered are currently on backorder. You may cancel your order or order a similar product". WTF?!? Really Sprint? What COMPARABLE product is there? F*$#*@CK!!!
I wouldn't worry , it looks like they switched everyone over to a Real Shipping Order Number . That Order might have just been a Temp PreOrder Number. If you log into Sprint , go to See Bill, Order History and you can see the new Number
Yah, I can see that, but it looks like that screen doesn't update.. I can still see my iPhone which was a pre-order, and the status never updated...

Right the DM60 prefix shows the Order has been processed for Shippment , so it wouldn't update any from that. If you look at your PreOrder Number is has a different prefix . You did get the IPhone once it went to this status correct
I also want to add when I looked my Order up yesterday by going here I had nothing showing at all and my Bill was a $-211. Now my Bill is back to $0

I just put in the different order number on the order status page. The product ID is the same, but the description says "HTC X325C BAR PHONE" and there's no status message.
I thought this WAS the support group!
