Sign in issues

I just tried to reset my password with chrome on android and it still didn't work. So we can't blame it on CCleaner because i don't use that on my phone.
Also see another thread about someone not getting the password reset email either

I want to report back that i did email him and got the password reset. So I can now sign in on the website on my computer but now i can't sign in on tapatalk. it's been over a week. I still use up my 5 out of 5 sign in attempts trying to sign in on many occasions. I still can't sign back in on Tapatalk. it's really annoying.

Try clearing data then force stop Tapatalk

I already had cleared the data but I don't remember if i force stopped it.
update: I cleared the data and force stopped Tapatalk. now i get error messages when trying to go into other forums and Android Central and still get the invalid log in or password error messages when trying to sign in with Android Central. I'm so discouraged. I'd post a screenshot but of course I can't sign in on the app.

also i tried logging in to the Android Central app after seeing it has forums on there but still says my username and password doesn't match.

Have you tried Ac Forum app which is based off tapatalk?

I believe there is a pop up when you login to a forum that states Are You (name) - I selected No and logged in normally to a forum thru Tapatalk

I was going to but i read the reviews and they weren't good. According to the reviews the app is just a bad.

I tried both options. When you click yes it doesn't give you the option to sign in with the new password so i clicked no so i could enter the new password.

When you select No, just log in normally - no need to reset password. I don't know where you are in this cycle - if this will even be of assistance

Also you may want to do some research on CCleaner, I have seen online that there are privacy concerns with that product.

For desktop maintenance, you may want to try BleachBit - open source software. https://www.bleachbit.org

Give them another email see whats going on .
