slower speed connection issue

I keep getting this pop up message at the bottom of my screen. It happens about every 5 to 10 mins and 2 times in a row. Started happening recently after the latest security update. Doesn't matter where or what my reception is, it still pops up. Any help appreciated, thanks in advance.

What kind of download speeds do you get when you see that message? Use Ookla Speedtest to find out.
 
The message pops ups all the time throughout the day. Pretty much anytime the screen is on. Speed test results below, thanks for the reply.

Are there any kind of "Network Optimizer" options in your settings? They'd probably be somewhere in ​Settings>Wireless & Networks.
 
I haven't changed anything since I got the phone in June. Only thing active is advanced calling. Network is set on LTE/CDMA. I haven't ever even connected to wifi. Thanks again.
 
Must be some minor glitch related to that Samsung update. If you can, bring the phone to the nearest Best Buy, and show the Samsung Experience rep. See if they can do anything about it.
