SM-N9005 note 3 no lollipop

I have a telstra note 3 and there is no indication telstra (or any australian provider) are going to release lollipop for the note 3. I've done custom rom in the past for other devices. I want to flash a stock firmware. Does it matter which I use. Should I use the latest not worrying about country. Or should I use Hong Kong due to a lot of our phones coming from there. Some guidance would be appreciated. Cheers.
