I spent (wasted) my entire day looking at things from the server side. My exchange has no problem syncing however the Emails are not HTML. I thought it was on the server side.

I downloaded and tried touchdown and it works great. However I lose the native HTC sense support which effecrts several things from contacts
The setting in the HTC program where you change it from Type : Plain Text to HTML is greyed out and don't know why.
Anyone else got the native HTC app to support HTML email from exchange?
