Software update on day 2!

I just got a notification on my Droid Max that was a software upgrade downloaded and available for install. It is now running 12.7.7.en.US version (still 4.2.2). I forgot to look prior- can someone tell me the shipping version.

All this in less then 24 hours of owning - anyone have any ideas on what the update is?
