I downloaded a whole bunch of live wallpapers from the google play store. The majority of them weren't really free and had a whole bunch of pop ups/spam notifications going on. I uninstalled them all. But I'm still getting this "notification" about 3-4 times a week. I tried installing Mcafee, it's a 6 day free trial, but a scan but didn't find anything

Any idea how to get rid of this?

Thanks for the advice. It found a few things...Now how do I find and delete this "leadbolt" thing?

Sorry, I'm a complete Android newb, I've had a blackberry for 3-4 years.

Yup. My previous post I mentioned it was Flickie wallpapers.
If I still see pop ups, then it's something else

Well I just got it again, so it's another app. I downloaded lookout and it told me two other apps, so it must be the most recent one because the other one wasn't giving me any issues

There's another app called Addons Detector that also may help. In fact, Airpush Detector seems to recommend it in its Play Store description.

I was having this same problem. Just downloaded AirPush Detector and it identified SWF HD Player using the Ad framework LeadBolt as the culprit. I have now uninstalled that app so hopefully these annoying notifications will go away.

these ad's are really annoying but theyr approved by google play and theyr basicly the price u pay for the "free" app. you can unsubscribe from some but not all. theres an app "ad-free" or something i used to use but it requires root. it removes in-app ad's but dont know if it works with these push-ads.. theyr more of a new thing to me

edited as i just got pulled up for writing something similar and im tryin to be a good boy on this forum :)

Lol. Power to the people! And I hope you have anti virus software. I've heard those programs are flooded with viruses ready to take over your phone. :/
