Sprint Galaxy S4 won't connect to Sprint

Randomly, the mobile data seems to be turned off or won't connect.

Most instances, manually turning off mobile data and turning it back on instantly fixes it (it connects automagically).

Happens with both 3g and 4g cells.

Happens after a WiFi connection and not after a wifi connection ...

Ideas?

It doesn't make much difference if you connect Sprint mobile data, speedtest is still close to zero.
