I am being optimistic. True the delivery says Monday 22nd. but on the UPS website the say they deliver on saturdays. I am I WPB Florida right next to a Major UPS Hub

If they put the phones on planes today, everyone is only one @#&*% day away. This is the first time Sprint has done this to me. Still, there is no real excuse for this. Just REALLY bad planning and service.

I just got my tracking number. No movement yet but I'm sure I'll be able to pick it up tomorrow morning that way I can get it early.

Sprint said 2 or overnight shipping depending on the distance. Even those who haven't received a tracking number yet are still fine.

Just schedule a pick up. They'll send you an email when they unpack your package. Most allow pick ups on Saturdays if schedule by noon on Friday.

After waiting on hold for 20 minutes the Sprint rep said that they are getting another shipment and if we haven't gotten tracking yet, it will be coming soon, blah, blah, blah. I don't know what to believe anymore. She said the Black Onyx was very popular and that's part of the problem. Sigh.

40 minutes so far here ... no resolution so far. I am going to try my luck on getting a 250 bill credit to replace the micro sd card i will now most likely not be able to get.

So I called UPS and this is what I get told, Sprint still has the phones that UPS does not have the package and that I cannot change to pick up at a UPS facility because Sprint has it restricted to delivery only I will be switching to T-Mobile as quickly as I can.

Can you go onto UPS and have it rerouted to an address where you will be on Monday? When I go onto it I can give it a new address if I want to.

Just spent 45 minutes on chat with a sprint customer service rep for her to finally say "but this order is still in the time frame with the delivery date set on Monday" They are standing by their guns via chat, time to call.
