Chicago is essentially completed. I don't think we're likely to see much performance increase until we have 800Mhz LTE next year.

Honestly anything over 1-2 consistently down is gravy. Where it might make a difference is reducing your play store downloads from 10 seconds to 3. Other then that these dramatic speeds of 20+40 are irrelevant. I do understand they are important to the carrier to make efficient use of their expensive spectrum.

Where are the two of you in Chicago when you get those speeds? I travel to the city quite often on business and have friends in Lincoln Park and Wrigleyville. I'm curious to try it out the next time I'm in.

You should see it in Wrigleyville. Not sure about Lincoln Park. Some neighborhoods are still spotty and I spend most of my time in the suburbs, which is where most of my tests come from.

I stay on the westside Austin area. That's where I got my speeds.

I'm in Puerto Rico where the market it getting wrapped up. Most towers are done. So far I am very impressed with Sprint. The NV upgrade seems to improve coverage besides improving speeds.
