thank you i figured it out it was withing the settings of the browser i never mess in the deep end of the rom did it once and had a mess getting my phone back up to par long time ago thanks for the response

Hi don't know anything about rooting I bought a s3 for sprint from someone and when I click apps that are downloaded it goes to a black scree can I do a hard reset to get the regular s3 setup back or how do I fix this its super annoying thank you

I'm not sure I understand what the problem is. Are you saying that when you try to run an app, by clicking on the icon, it goes to a black screen? Has it always done this as long as you've had it?

Were these apps on the phone when you got it, or did you download them? If they were on the phone before you got it, they're probably tied to the original owners google account, and not yours.

You posted this in a thread about a custom ROM. Do you have a custom ROM on your phone?

I'd say there's a pretty good chance that doing a factory reset will resolve it, but without knowing what's really going on that's just a guess.

I'm not all that familiar with Wicked, but it has a good reputation as a reliable ROM. I think you should go ahead and do the reset, and see if that resolves the issues. If not, you can try going back to the stock ROM.
