I'm having an issue with audio streaming apps (Stitcher, NPR, etc) where when I try to stream live audio, it plays for about 5 seconds, then pauses for about 30 seconds, and then starts playing normally. At first I thought it was an app issue so I downloaded multiple apps but the same thing happened. I'm not having this issue with video streaming.
Anyone else have the issue and any thoughts about fixes?
