Still get notifications and vibrations with both off

My Notifications are set to Off. My Vibrate with sound setting also is off. My Sound mode is set to sound, so I can hear when my Timer app goes off. Aside from the Timer, I don't want any sound or vibration. Regardless, my watch beeps once with a short vibration every now and then. Nothing pops up on the screen when it does so, and I don't know how to determine the cause. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Which watch? You posted in the general Samsung Smartwatch forum. Do you have the Galaxy Watch?

EDIT: I see in one of your other posts that you have a Gear S3, so I moved this to that forum for more specific traffic.
