Strange toolbar appeared...help

So I was just messing around on my new S4 (best phone I've ever had btw) and this strange toolbar appeared. Im guessing I did something to enable it but I have no clue what I did. I cant figure out how to make it go away.

Anyone have any insight?

Well nevermind. Just learned its the multi window tray. It can be enabled and disabled by holding the back button.

Go in your quick toggles in the notification tray (swipe the black bar to the bottom) and look for multi window it should be activated just click on it and the bar will be gone.
